Welcome to Margaret Brent Elementary School!
For the safety of our students and staff, all visitors must check in at the main office upon arrival and show a valid government-issued ID.
If you are a parent or guardian wishing to meet with someone, please schedule an appointment in advance. You can set one up by calling the main office at (301) 918-8780 or by emailing the staff member directly.
Special Notes
- Parents/guardians of current students must contact the teacher and grade level administrator in order to arrange a classroom visit or conference.
- ) Such visits are at the discretion of the principal, but will not be permitted during testing.
- ) Classroom visits and/or conferences by parents/guardians must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance.
- ) Classroom visits and conferences must be conducted in such a manner that the visits and/or conferences do not interfere with the classroom activities of any student in the class.
- ) The principal may limit repeated or lengthy visits that may disrupt the educational environment.
Volunteering
All volunteers must complete a background screening process through the Fingerprinting office and complete the volunteer process in order to participate in school events both on and off campus.
